At BrAvEl WoodWorx, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. Because most of our items are custom-made and personalized, we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with an error caused by us. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at info@bravelwoodworx.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work quickly to make it right—whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund.

Non-Custom Items

Non-custom or stock items may be eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping provider directly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless work has already begun on your item. After that time, cancellations may not be possible, especially for personalized or custom orders.
